Any attempt to sell such items is a criminal offence under applicable Indian law. If any item is identified or suspected to be stolen or fake, Aghni Gold reserves the right to retain the item, decline the transaction, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities immediately.
1. Eligibility to Sell
The seller must be the legal and rightful owner of the gold, silver, diamond, or other valuable item being sold or exchanged.
Sellers must meet all eligibility requirements set out under applicable Indian laws. Individuals aged 21 or younger must furnish a written letter of consent from a parent or legal guardian, along with valid identification, before any transaction can proceed.
Aghni Gold reserves the right to refuse service to any individual unable to produce valid proof of ownership or identification.
2. Customer Declaration (Compulsory)
- You are the legal and rightful owner of the item(s) being sold.
- The item(s) are not stolen, pledged elsewhere without disclosure, or counterfeit.
- All identification and supporting documents provided are genuine, valid, and verifiable.
- You bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the information and documents submitted.
- Any false declaration or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of the transaction and may attract legal proceedings.
3. Valuation and Pricing
All gold, silver, and diamond items are evaluated using certified German XRF karat testing methods to determine exact purity, weight, and quality.
Pricing offered is based on prevailing live market rates at the time of transaction and is subject to live market changes.
The final offer is communicated transparently to the customer prior to completion of sale, and payment is made only upon mutual agreement and customer consent.
Aghni Gold's valuation is final and binding once the customer accepts the offer and completes the transaction.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is made instantly, in cash or via the customer's preferred online bank transfer mode (IMPS/NEFT/UPI), once the transaction is finalised and accepted by the customer.
No transaction will be processed without due verification of the seller's identity and government-approved ownership documentation.
5. Doorstep Pickup Service
The doorstep gold pickup service is offered as a convenience and is subject to service area availability and prior appointment confirmation.
Customers must ensure a safe, accessible location and the presence of a verified individual with original identification documents at the time of pickup.
Aghni Gold is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Pledged Gold Loan Assistance
Assistance provided for releasing pledged gold from banks or NBFCs is subject to the terms, dues, and conditions set by the respective lending institution.
Aghni Gold acts as a facilitator in such cases and is not liable for delays, discrepancies, or disputes arising from the third-party lender's processes.
7. KYC and Documentation
Customers are required to furnish valid government-issued identification (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport) and any other documents necessary to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Aghni Gold reserves the right to retain copies of submitted documents and CCTV footage of the transaction for compliance, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Right to Refuse or Cancel Transaction
Aghni Gold reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any transaction at its sole discretion under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Suspicion that the item is stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained.
- Failure to provide valid identification or legal ownership proof.
- Inconsistent, incomplete, or suspicious documentation.
- Any conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable Indian laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aghni Gold makes every effort to ensure accurate valuation and fair dealing; however, it shall not be held liable for losses arising from market rate fluctuations occurring after a transaction is completed.
Aghni Gold is not liable for any pre-existing damage, defect, or alteration to items not disclosed by the customer prior to evaluation.
