Before initiating any gold transaction with Aghni Gold, every customer must confirm and declare the following:
- You are the legal and rightful owner of the gold or precious items being offered.
- The gold is genuine, not stolen, counterfeit, or subject to undisclosed disputes.
- All supporting documents and personal identification provided are valid, authentic, and verifiable.
Failure to comply or making false declarations may result in immediate legal action.

- Personal Identification: Full Name, Date of Birth, Government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport).
- Contact Details: Phone Number, Email Address, and Residential Address.
- Transaction Details: Gold weight, purity assessment records, valuation receipts, and payment method details.
- Security Surveillance: CCTV footage captured at our branch locations for security and verification purposes.

- Completing mandatory KYC verification prior to processing transactions.
- Accurately processing gold valuation, instant payout receipts, and customer records.
